You just became a Bars Practitioner or maybe even a Bars Facilitator (yay!) and now you probably want to start giving sessions or workshops as soon as possible. BARSDOLLS - THE PERFECT HELP

What we often see is that someone has attended an Access Bars workshop, afterwards feels insecure about the grips. And after a while they stop doing Bars. That is such a pity. That is why Barsdolls are the perfect help. You always have someone to practice on, are able to see exactly where the grips are. So you no longer have an excuse not to do it!

Tip: Train your muscle memory by practicing with your Barsdoll weekly. It's just like playing the guitar. At some point your hands just KNOW the positions.

CUSTOM MADE

Barsdolls are crafted just for you. All points on the head are carefully and with pleasure painted by Barsbabe Thiska. This way every Barsdoll is unique. They are available in different colors and genders.

We have four different Bars heads. You can choose which head you want as a base. Then Thiska will start to design your new doll. Once your Barsdoll is ready, we will send it to you.

Delivery time is up to 5 weeks, depending on how many orders are placed.

THISKA VAN DEN HEUVEL

Barsbabe Thiska studied at the Arts School. Her background is in (sustainable) fashion, where she never really seemed to find her drive/spark/passion drive.

Looking back, I think I was always aware that there was something (or a lot) about me and my life that I wasn't looking at. Access really played a big role in my realization that I can actually choose happiness.

With the Barsdolls, among others, she finds joy in her creative process again.
